Local knife sharpening with convenient pickup and drop-off, same day. Every knife is sharpened personally by hand using traditional whetstones, with no machines or automated sharpeners. I carefully sharpen each blade to restore a clean, sharp edge while preserving the knife’s shape and character. Serving local home cooks, chefs, restaurants, and anyone who wants their knives properly sharpened by hand in the Greater Victoria.
Pickup Area: Oak Bay, Victoria, Saanich Core, Burnside, Downtown, Fernwood, Fairfield, James Bay, North Park, Harris Green, Victoria West, Uplands.
If you live outside these pickup areas there is a convenient downtown drop-off location!

I decided on a Sunday to get some of my rather dull knives sharpened and happened upon Kyle's service.
We communicated quickly via text and by the next day arranged a pick up of my knives from my work early, and within an hour and a half they were returned, he even kindly wrapped my knives for me so they wouldn't be scratched during transit.
Payment was easy and cheap, the knives were as sharp as when I first bought them.
If you're looking for a quick and affordable means to sharpen a few knives I would highly recommend using Kyle's service if you're in Downtown Victoria.
